Subscriptions and Pricing

We offer various subscription plans (FREE, BASIC, PRO, BUSINESS) with different features and pricing. Current prices can be found on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in time. Annual payments receive a 20% discount. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Cancellations are possible at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Usage Limits

Each plan has specific usage limits (e.g., number of properties, users, history duration). Exceeding these limits may result in restricted access to certain features. Upgrade options are available at any time.

Intellectual Property

All platform code, branding, and design elements remain our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

Liability excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law; no indirect damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or abuse.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee a monthly availability of 99.9% for our services to customers on the BUSINESS plan. If this availability is not met, BUSINESS customers are entitled to a refund of their subscription fees for the respective month upon request.

Governing Law

Subject to German law; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
