Version 1.5.0 makes waste-calendar setup and syncing more robust, adds custom organization logos to PDFs, and expands Custodi with Bosnian.
Waste calendar improvements, custom logos, and Bosnian in 1.5.0
- The waste calendar now supports more import options, surfaces technical status more clearly, and helps teams recover faster when a source is blocked or a sync fails.
- Collection-event assignments were refined so team members can be selected more easily and notifications arrive in a clearer, better-grouped way.
- PDFs can now use an organization's own logo, so reports and shared documents look more professional and on-brand.
- Custodi is now also available in Bosnian, while help content and first-step guidance were expanded in several places.
Version 1.4.0 adds history and detail views for service reports, refreshes the interface, and improves the installable app experience.
Report history, refreshed interface, and app icons in 1.4.0
- Service reports now have a central history so completed reports can be found and reviewed more easily across the organization.
- Individual reports now have dedicated detail views with clearer navigation back to the property, overview, and team history.
- The logo, app navigation, and many UI components were updated so Custodi feels more consistent, modern, and readable.
- PWA icons and manifest handling were renewed so installed app shortcuts and previews show the current brand more reliably.
Version 1.3.0 introduces a complete service-report workflow, recurring task schedules, and more stable date and notification handling.
Service reports and task scheduling in 1.3.0
- Service reports can now be started per property, documented with checklists and photos, and sent or resent by email as a PDF.
- Tasks can now be managed as recurring schedules based on service intervals, including a dedicated schedules view and a filter for tasks due this week.
- Task assignment emails were improved with clearer subjects and stronger validation for scheduled dates.
- Date and scheduling logic across task and report flows has been consolidated to reduce common planning inconsistencies.
Version 1.2.0 brings automated media cleanup, clearer retention information, and the public changelog.
Retention, transparency, and release notes in 1.2.0
- Archived property images are cleaned up in the background, and older meter photos can also be removed automatically.
- The retention rules for property, meter, and damage-report media are now described more clearly.
- The privacy, cookie, and help copy now explains consent-based analytics and retention more clearly.
- There is a public changelog page, and the version number in the footer links to it.
The organization waste calendar now shows day maps and supports bulk assignment for multiple events.
Day maps and bulk assignment for collection events
- Each day section can now expand a read-only map with grouped stops and a compact summary of mapped versus unmapped locations.
- Markers merge multiple same-day events per property, highlight matching table rows, and smoothly recenter the map on the selected stop.
- Admins can bulk-select multiple events per day and assign them in one action; existing assignees are intentionally overwritten while the backend still reuses the established single-event workflow.
